Countermeasures for Stable Operation of Sewage Reuse Equipment

摘要: 某石化企业经过 20 多年的摸索,逐步形成了以“BAF(曝气生物滤池) +MMF(多介质过滤器) +UF(超滤) +RO(反渗透)”为核心的污水回用工艺。在污水回用应用过程中 BAF、 MMF、UF、 RO 出现了一些问题,针对这些问题提出了应对措施和整改建议。为了污水回用装置的稳定运行,其核心工艺必须是成熟或经过充分现场试验验证的工艺。

关键词: 曝气生物滤池, 多介质过滤器, 超滤, 反渗透

Abstract: After more than 20 years of exploration, a petrochemical enterprise has gradually formed a sewage reuse process with "BAF (Biological Aerated Filter) + MMF (Multi-media Filter) + UF (Ultrafiltration) + RO (Reverse Osmosis)" as the core. Some problems occur in different processes during the application of sewage reuse, and corresponding measures and suggestions have been proposed to address these issues. For the stable operation of newly built sewage reuse devices, it is recommended to use mature processes or new processes that have undergone sufficient on-site testing and verification as the core process.
