摘要: 埋地油气管道油气泄漏不易发现并及时处理,泄漏的油气遇到明火易发生火灾爆炸事故。针对埋地油气管道使用年限长,腐蚀严重等问题,运用标准《埋地钢质管道风险评估方法》( GB/T27512—2011)中对油气管道定量评估的相关方法,结合管道生产运行中现状及周边环境状况,对管道的风险等级进行定量评估,确定管道的风险等级,为企业对埋地油气管道进行检维修、防腐及管道更换提供依据。

Abstract: Once the buried oil and gas pipelines leak, it is not easy to find out and deal with the leak timely, and the leaking oil and gas is prone to fire and explosion when exposed to open flame. Aiming at the problems of long service life and serious corrosion of buried oil and gas pipelines, the relevant methods for quantitative assessment of oil and gas pipelines in the standard Risk Assessment Methods for Buried Steel Pipelines (GB/T 27512-2011) were applied to quantitatively assess the risk level of pipelines. Combining with the status quo of the pipeline in production and operation as well as the surrounding environmental conditions, the risk grade of the pipelines is quantitatively assessed and determined. This provided a basis for enterprises to carry out inspection and maintenance, anti-corrosion and pipeline replacement of buried oil and gas pipelines.
