摘要: 介绍了高效生物反应器(ABR)处理乙烯高盐废水和炼油FCC 脱硫废水的工艺流程、长期运行数据分析,结果表明,ABR 技术是一种高效、低运行成本的难降解有机废水深度处理技术,特别适合难生物降解含盐废水的深度处理,能够将污水COD 从100 mg/L 处理到30 mg/L 以下,还能去除部分氨氮,具有工艺单元少、流程紧凑、运行稳定、抗冲击能力强、能耗低等特点。

Abstract: This paper introduces the process flow and long-term operation data analysis of Advanced Biological Reactor (ABR) for treating ethylene high salinity wastewater and refinery FCC desulfurization wastewater. The results show that ABR technology is an advanced treatment technology for treating organic wastewater that is hard to degrade with high efficiency and low operation cost; it is especially suitable for the deep treatment of salinity wastewater which is hard to biodegrade; this technology can reduce COD in wastewater from 100mg/L to less than 30mg/L and can also remove some ammonia nitrogen; it has the advantages of few process units, compact process, stable operation, strong impact resistance and low energy consumption.
