摘要: 应急预案演练是企业安全管理的一项重要工作。针对企业应急预案演练的实际情况,指出了应急预案演练中存在的问题,提出了加强应急预案演练的 5 个对策,一是完善预警机制,增强危 机意识;二是完善应急联动机制,实现资源共享;三是完善指挥体系,实现精确指挥;四是完善应急 物资管理制度,配齐配足应急物资;五是完善演练评估制度,及时修订应急预案等,来提高应急预案 演练水平,达到及早发现和处置可能发生的突发事件,以避免其发生。

Abstract: Emergency plan drill is known as important work of enterprise safety management. In this study, according to the actual situation of the emergency plan drill of enterprises, the problems in the emergency plan drill were pointed out, and five countermeasures were  proposed to strengthen the emergency plan drill. The first is to improve the early warning mechanism and enhance the awareness of crisis; the second is to improve the emergency linkage mechanism and realize the sharing of resources; the third is to improve the command system and achieve the accurate command; the fourth is to improve the management system of emergency materials and provide sufficient emergency materials; the fifth is to improve the drill evaluation system of the emergency plan and revise the emergency plan timely and so forth. These countermeasures are made to improve the level of emergency drill and achieve the early discovery and disposal of possible emergencies as soon as possible so as to avoid their occurrence.
