Risk Analysis and Emergency Disposal of Ammonia Leakage in Petrochemical Catalyst Production

摘要: 热解汽油加氢催化剂生产工艺复杂,原料多、生产工艺多,存在诸多安全隐患。通过对 加氢催化剂生产过程中的危害分析,制定了应对措施和应急处置措施,以确保加氢催化剂的生产过程 安全环保,有效防止加氢催化剂在生产过程中发生事故。

Abstract:  The production process of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation catalyst is complex with many raw materials and production processes, and there are many potential safety hazards. Through hazard analysis on the production process of hydrogenation catalyst, countermeasures and emergency disposal measures are formulated to ensure the safety and environmental protection in the production process of hydrogenation catalyst and prevent accidents effectively in the production process of hydrogenation catalyst.
