摘要: 含油污泥是石油工业产生的重要固体废弃物,产量巨大且具有环境危害性,因此开发针 对含油污泥的高效处理工艺迫在眉睫。分析了含油污泥的来源、主要性质及环境危害,分别介绍了油 品回收和污泥处置2 大类共13 种含油污泥处理工艺,从处理效率、副产品、技术优缺点、应用情况及 处理费用等方面进行对比分析,同时,指出了研究重金属在污泥处理工艺中迁移转化的重要性。建议 未来含油污泥处理工艺根据需求选取多种工艺耦合,旨在同时实现油品回收和含油污泥高效处置。

Abstract: Oily sludge is one of the major solid wastes generated in petroleum industry. It’s hazardous to the environment with huge output. Therefore, it is urgent to develop efficient treatment processes for oily sludge. This paper analyses the sources and main properties of oily sludge and its hazards to environment. It introduces thirteen oily sludge treatment processes in two categories which are used in oil recovery and sludge disposal. The paper compares and analyses these processes from such aspects as treatment efficiency, by-products, technical advantages and disadvantages, application and treatment cost and so forth. Meanwhile, it points out the importance of studying the migration and transformation of heavy metals in the sludge treatment process. It is recommended that the future oily sludge treatment processes select combination of different processes according to actual needs, aiming to realize oil recovery and efficient disposal of oily sludge at the same time.
