电化学方法净化含金污水主要反应过程分析

Analysis on the Main Reaction Process of Electrochemical Purification of Gold-bearing Sewage

摘要: 工业污水中的重金属对环境污染非常严重,尤其是对土壤和地下水的危害不容忽视,因 此对污水中重金属的回收有重要的意义。目前电化学法广泛应用于污水中重金属单质的回收,针对污 水中金的电化学腐蚀过程,通过电化学测试方法分析了不同S2O32- 浓度和NH3 浓度下金的电化学行为。 结果表明:S2O32-和NH3主要影响金的阴极反应过程,表现为随着两者浓度的增大,其阴极过程均发 生由极限扩散过程向活化控制过程转变;同时,当两者浓度达到一定值时,金的电化学反应过程不再 发生变化。

Abstract: Heavy metals in industrial sewage are very serious pollution to the environment, especially to the soil and groundwater which cannot be ignored. So it is important to recover heavy metals from the sewage. At present, electrochemical method is widely used in the recovery of heavy metal elements from sewage. Aiming at the electrochemical corrosion process of gold (Au) in sewage, the electrochemical behavior of gold (Au) at different concentrations of S2O32- and NH3 was analyzed by electrochemical test. The results show that S2O32- and NH3 mainly affect the cathodic reaction process of gold (Au); with the increase of S2O32- and NH3 concentration, the cathodic process changes from the limiting diffusion process to the activation control process; meanwhile, the electrochemical reaction process of gold (Au) no longer changes when the concentration of S2O32- and NH3 reaches a certain value.
