摘要: 为了研究气象条件对Phast 软件模拟结果产生的影响,以LPG 小孔泄漏为例,运用挪威 船级社DNV PHAST 风险评估软件对不同风速、不同大气稳定度下,对密度大于空气的易燃气体泄漏 扩散后果进行定量分析,为确定危险化学品生产装置和储存装置外部防护距离提供依据,为事故状态 下安全扩散路线和方式、现场应急措施的设计和响应提供技术支持。

关键词: 泄漏, 风速, 大气稳定度, 安全风险管控, 应急管理

Abstract: In order to study the effects of meteorological conditions on the simulation results by PHAST Software, this paper takes LPG hole leakage as an example and uses DNV (Det Norske Veritas) PHAST risk assessment software to make quantitative analysis on the consequences of flammable gas leakage and diffusion with density greater than air under different wind speed and different atmospheric stability. This provides the basis for determining the external protection distance of hazardous chemicals production and storage devices. It also provides technical support for the design and response of safety routes and methods, onsite emergency measures under accident conditions.
