摘要: 中石油独山子石化分公司利用炼化一体化的优势,在炼油厂气分装置停工的特殊时段里, 为了减少烯烃排放火炬的损失量,采取高烯烃轻烃混料、掺炼的手段,通过打通炼油厂- 乙烯厂的轻烃 流程,结合抢时差的方式,相关车间和主管处室有机配合,确保了轻烃裂解炉系统对高烯烃混烃的汽 化和加工,整个作业流程步骤清晰、专业职责分工明确,实现了生产过程安全、环保、稳定、受控运 行的目标。

Abstract: PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company took advantage of refining and chemical integration during the special period when the gas separation plant of the oil refining plant was suspended. In order to reduce the loss of olefin emission torches, the means of mixing and blending light hydrocarbons containing high olefin was adopted. Through opening up the light hydrocarbon flow from the refinery to the ethylene plant and combining with utilizing time difference method, the relevant workshops and the competent offices cooperated. These ensured that the light hydrocarbon cracking furnace system vaporized and processed high-olefin mixed hydrocarbons. The entire operation process was clear and the division of professional responsibilities was specific. These helped to reach the goal of safe, environmental-friendly, stabile and controlled operation of the production process.
