摘要: 1871 年Flexitallic 公司开始生产静密封垫片产品,并于1912 发明了缠绕垫片,这是迄 今为止在石油化工领域设备及管线法兰上应用最为广泛的一种垫片形式。秉承这种创新理念和传统, Flexitallic 升级了其缠绕垫片的制造工艺,采用耐腐蚀性更好、抗氧化性更强的SEL+ 石墨智能化二维 码技术,提供给客户泄漏率更低,使用寿命更久的高性能垫片。

Abstract: Flexitallic began to produce static seals and gaskets since 1871 and invented spiral wound gasket in 1921 which is by far the most widely used gasket type in equipment and pipeline flanges in petrochemical industry. Based on this innovative concept and tradition, Flexitallic upgraded the manufacturing process of its spiral wound gaskets, using SEL+ graphite filler with better corrosion resistance and stronger oxidation resistance, and intelligent QR code technology. This offers customers high-performance gaskets with lower leakage rate and longer service lifespan.
