摘要: 沧州东丽精细化工有限公司是专业生产低金属二甲基亚砜的企业。生产过程产生的工艺 废水、废气是制约企业安全生产、环保达标排放的重要因素。采用日本月岛环境工程株式会社专利技 术,采取焚烧法处理工艺废水、废气。在焚烧炉运行中遇到如管线堵塞、排水COD 升高及设备管道腐 蚀等问题,通过优化操作和技术改造,确保了焚烧炉稳定运行,排水、排气各项环保指标均在排放限 值以下。

Abstract: Cangzhou Toray Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the production of low-metal dimethyl sulfoxide. The process wastewater and exhaust gas generated during production process are the important factors that restrict the safe production and environmental protection of enterprises. The enterprise adopts the patented technology of Tsukishima Kankyo Engineering LTD. of Japan and incineration method is used to treat process wastewater and waste gas. Problems such as pipeline blockage, elevated drainage COD and corrosion of equipment and pipes emerge during the operation of the incinerator. Through optimizing operation and technical transformation, the stable operation of the incinerator is ensured, and the environmental protection data of drainage and exhaust are below the emission limits.
