井喷期间井筒流动及压力特征分析

摘要: 钻井过程中发生气侵导致井喷,井筒内流体流动涉及非常复杂的流动现象。对井喷期间 井筒气液两相流动分布特征及井筒压力特征进行分析后发现,气体膨胀速度随井深的减小而增大,在 距离井口位置约10% 内的井段,体积膨胀最为剧烈,在井喷喷流为气液两相的情况下,井筒中气液两 相流动型态与井筒混合物流动速度和气液质量比有关,沿整个井筒的分布是不断变化的。

Abstract: Gas cut during drilling leads to blowout, and fluid flow in the wellbore involves very complex flow phenomena. This paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of the wellbore gas-liquid two-phase flow and the wellbore pressure characteristics during the blowout. The analysis found that the gas expansion rate increases with the decrease of well depth. The volume expansion is the most severe in the well section within about 10% of the wellhead position. When the blowout jet is a gas-liquid two-phase, the type is related to the flow rate of the wellbore mixture and the gas-liquid mass ratio, and the distribution along the entire wellbore is constantly changing.
