摘要: 随着全国环保工作的的深入开展,CEMS 系统在炼化企业大范围的应用,在选型设计、 安装调试和日常运行中的不同阶段存在许多问题。根据实际工况准确选取仪表分析原理是保证监测数 据稳定的关键,尤其是炼厂要尽量避免烃类对二氧化硫监测的干扰|规范施工,正确铺设管路,避免 出现U 型弯,防止积水影响监测数据|认真巡检维护,及时发现并处理运行过程中的故障|正确选取 采样孔和比对监测孔,便于开展手工比对监测,确保CEMS 系统稳定运行,污染物排放数据达标。

Abstract: With the further development of national environmental protection work, CEMS has been widely used in refinery enterprises. Yet there are many problems existing in different stages of model selection, design, installation and debugging and daily operation. The key to ensure the stability of monitoring data is to accurately select the principles of instrument analysis according to the actual conditions. The refineries in particular must try to avoid the interference of hydrocarbons on the monitoring of sulfur dioxide. They should standardize the construction, lay pipelines correctly, avoid u-bend and prevent accumulated water from affecting the monitoring data. They should inspect and maintain carefully, identify and handle the faults during operation in time. They should select sampling holes and comparison monitoring holes correctly for the convenience of manual comparison monitoring. The objective of the above measures is to ensure the stable operation of the CEMS and the standard discharge data of pollutants.
