Abstract: Due to lack of subject responsibility or failure to perform the duties in the bottled LPG industry, gas accidents happen frequently. Based on the Regulation on the Administration of Urban Gas, this paper analyzes and differentiates the subject responsibility of gas operators, users and government departments in bottled LPG industry chain. Aiming at these safety-related weaknesses, it puts forward the countermeasures to optimize business model and improve safety work. Finally, with the strong supervision of the government’s gas management departments, the goal to improve the overall safety of bottled LPG industry is achieved.
