摘要: 分析了液化天然气中间介质气化器(Intermediate Fluid Vaporizer,IFV)的典型结构,阐 述了其主要传热过程及传热计算方法,介绍了IFV 中试试验装置,并对中试试验结果进行了分析。结 果表明,IFV 设备整体性能满足设计要求,实测值与理论计算值吻合,设计计算方法可靠。工业化应 用效果表明:IFV 的传热计算、工程设计及制造技术满足LNG 接收站运行需求。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the typical structure of the LNG intermediate fluid vaporizer (IFV). It expounds its main heat transfer process and heat transfer calculation method. The paper also introduces the pilot test equipment of IFV and analyzes the pilot test results. The test results show that the overall performance of the IFV meets the design requirements and the actual measurements of design margin agrees with the theoretical values, which indicates that the design and calculation method is correct and reliable. Moreover, the industrial application effects indicate that the heat transfer calculation, engineering design and manufacturing techniques of IFV satisfy the operating requirements of the LNG receiving terminal.
