摘要: 针对D类干粉灭火系统误喷的现象,结合烷基铝火灾的特点和LLDPE 装置中烷基铝类催化剂配制区固定干粉灭火系统的保护实例,从D 类干粉灭火系统检测原理、系统设计、系统组成、周边硬件设施和日常维护操作等几个方面进行阐述,提出改进措施,从而提升D 类干粉灭火系统的抗干扰性。

Abstract: Aiming at the error spray of D-class dry powder fire extinguishing system and combining with the characteristics of alkyl aluminum fire and protection example of fixed dry powder fire extinguishing system in the alkyl aluminum catalyst preparation area of LLDPE plant, this paper elaborates on several aspects covering detection principles, system design, composition, peripheral hardware facilities, daily maintenance operation of D-class dry powder fire extinguishing system. Then it puts forward some measures for improvement and this promotes the anti-interference performance of D-class dry powder fire extinguishing system.
