S Zorb 装置阻垢剂的使用效果分析

ANALYSIS ON THE APPLICATION EFFECTS OF SCALE INHIBITOR IN S ZORB UNIT

摘要: 华北石化公司S Zorb 装置2013 年建成投产,前期运行正常,2014 年装置大检修后在掺炼罐区汽油过程中,反应产物与原料换热器出现结垢严重、换热效果大幅降低的现象,为保证正常生产需要切除后清洗,安全风险较大。通过与其他企业装置管理人员交流并与防焦阻垢剂厂家进行深入沟通后,于2016 年8 月开始加注防焦阻垢剂,效果明显。一方面减少了换热器结垢现象,保证了换热器的换热效果,同时还降低了装置能耗,另一方面也减少了切除后清洗带来的安全风险。

Abstract: The S Zorb unit of North China Petrochemical Company was completed and put into operation in 2013. The operation was normal at the early stage. During the process of mixing gasoline in the tank area after major overhaul of the device in 2014, there were serious scale buildup in the reaction product and the raw material heat exchanger and the heat transfer effect was reduced greatly. In order to ensure normal production, post-removal cleaning was required and there was greater safety risk. Through exchanges with device managers of other enterprise and in-depth exchanges with anti-coke scale blockers manufacturers, anti-coke scale blockers began to be added in August 2016, and the effects were obvious. On the one hand, it reduced the scale buildup in heat exchanger, ensured the heat transfer effect of heat exchanger and reduced energy consumption of the device. On the other hand, it also lessened the safety risk caused by cleaning after excision.
