摘要: 依据国家相关法律法规,采用类比法和检查表法,对某油田火驱试验地面工程可能存在的职业病危害因素进行识别、分析与评价。结果显示:类比现场巡检岗接触的职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)符合国家规定的接触限值。本项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病防护措施、应急救援措施、个人防护用品、建筑卫生学、职业卫生管理及职业健康监护等方面基本符合国家相关法律法规的要求。

Abstract: According to the relevant national laws and regulations, the analogy method and the checklist method are used to identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational- disease-inductive factors that may exist in the ground engineering for fire flooding test in an oilfield. The results of the occupational-disease-inductive factors test indicate that the concentration (intensity) of the occupational-disease- inductive factors in contact with the on-site inspection patrol were in accordance with the national exposure limits. The analysis of protective measures for occupational-disease-inductive factors shows that the site selection, general layout, production process, installation layout, occupational disease prevention measures, emergency rescue measures, personal protective equipment, building hygiene, occupational hygienic management and occupational health surveillance of the project basically meet the requirements of national laws and regulations.
