摘要: 对鱼骨图、海因里希法则、冰山理论进行了描述,通过鱼骨图工具对1 起食指割伤事故进行原因分析,结合海因里希法则和冰山理论,以食指割伤事故为例,对企业安全管理方法进行探讨。分析表明:食指割伤事故是因为人和物的多种不安全因素没有被及时消除,最终引起人的不安全行为的发生,导致食指被割伤。对于企业的安全管理,应注重人的管理,塑造良好的安全文化,通过提高人的专业技术和安全知识水平,强化风险识别能力,实现本质安全,解决系统缺陷,努力做到从源头进行风险控制,减少不安全因素,才能大幅度降低事故隐患数量以及事故发生的概率,进而从根本上提高企业的整体安全管理水平。

Abstract: This paper describes the fishbone diagram, Heinrich’s Law, and iceberg theory. By using fishbone diagram tool, it analyzes the causes of one index finger cut accident. Combining Heinrich’s Law, iceberg theory with the accident, the paper discusses the safety management methods in enterprises. The results indicate that the index finger cut accident was caused by the unsafe state of people and things, and many other factors that were not eliminated in time, resulting in unsafe behaviors of people which led to the index finger cut. Therefore, corporate safety management should focus on staff management and building good safety culture. The overall level of corporate safety management can be improved fundamentally through improving employees’ professional technology and knowledge of safety, enhancing risk identification abilities, realizing intrinsic safety, removing system defects and making efforts to control risks from the sources and reduce unsafe factors. These can greatly reduce the number of accidents and the probability of accidents, thus the overall safety management level of the enterprises can be improved fundamentally.
