摘要: 钻井固废是油气勘探钻井的必然产物,多数固废如废水处理时产生的渣泥、清掏循环罐 及方井产生的废弃渣泥、钻完井产生的废弃钻井液等含水率特别高。固废处理减量化、资源化和无害 化是固废处置的三原则,钻井固废处理减量化十分重要。文章论述了钻井固废的产生量及其特点,同 时介绍了各种固废固液分离技术装备的原理,并比较分析了其适用范围及其优缺点,对油气田环保管 理者和技术人员具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: Drilling solid waste is an inevitable product of oil and gas exploration and drilling. Most solid waste, such as waste sludge from cleaning drilling fluid tanks and square wells, waste drilling fluid from drilling process and completion, sludge from waste water treatment, etc., have very high water content. Reduction, resource utilization and harmlessness of solid waste treatment are three principles of solid waste disposal. Reduction of drilling solid waste treatment is very important. This paper discusses in detail the characteristics of drilling solid waste and summarizes the technical equipment of solid waste solid-liquid separation. It compares and analyzes the application scope and advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of separation technical equipment. This is of certain guiding significance for environmental protection workers and relevant decision makers in oil and gas field.
