ALMA工艺溶剂损失浅析

摘要: ALMA工艺在顺酐生产过程中,采用溶剂吸收富含顺酐的反应尾气,再解吸分离出粗顺酐和富溶剂,富溶剂经过碱处理反应系统和脱富马酸反应系统处理后,循环利用。正常时,溶剂会有少量损耗,但在生产过程中,却出现了溶剂大量损耗的不正常现象。通过采取措施,严格控制吸收塔塔底温度、富溶剂闪蒸罐压力、碱处理反应器pH值、转速、温度等工艺参数,避免溶剂乳化及过量损失,使溶剂最大限度得以循环利用,提高了经济效益和社会环境效益。

Abstract: In the process of maleic anhydride production,ALMA process employs solvent to absorb the reaction gas of the rich maleic anhydride,then desorbs and separates the crude maleic anhydride and the rich solvent.After the rich solvent is processed by the alkali treatment reaction system and the defumaric acid reaction system,it could be recycled.Normally,there will be little loss of solvent,but in the production process,there is an abnormal phenomenon of substantial loss of solvent.By taking measures to control technological parameters strictly,such as the absorption tower bottom temperature,the pressure of the rich solvent flash tank,the PH value of alkali treatment reactor,rotate speed,temperature and so on,solvent emulsification and excessive loss can be avoided.Thus,the recycling of solvent could be maximized;the economic performance,social and environmental benefits could be enhanced.
