化工设备常见腐蚀分析及预防措施

ANALYSIS ON THE COMMON CORROSION IN CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES

摘要: 化工设备的腐蚀是一种不可避免的普遍现象,具有很高的危害性,针对化工设备常见的腐蚀现象,分析了其分类方法和腐蚀机理,重点分析了晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂和腐蚀疲劳的特点及危害。总结了乙烯装置、乙二醇装置、PTA装置、POSM装置等典型化工装置中的主要腐蚀现象。根据对所述腐蚀现象的分析,从设计、制造角度阐述了主要的防腐措施,包括合理选材、优化结构设计、改变腐蚀环境等。

Abstract: Corrosion is a kind of universal,inevitable and dangerous phenomenon accompanying the running of chemical equipment.Aiming at the common corrosion in chemical equipment,this paper analyzes the classification methods for the corrosion and corrosion mechanism.It focuses on the analysis of the characteristics and hazards of intergranular corrosion,stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue.The paper also summarizes the main corrosion types in the typical chemical plants including ethylene plant,ethylene glycol plant,PTA plant,POSM plant and so on.According to the corrosion analysis,main anti-corrosion measures are expounded from the aspects of design and manufacturing involving reasonable material selection,optimization of structural design,change of corrosion environment and so forth.
