摘要： 环境影响评价作为国家环保管理的一项基本制度,在预防、减少环境污染和生态破坏,防范环境事故风险方面发挥了重要作用,促进了经济、社会和环境的协调发展。通过以环评管理为主线的油田开发全过程管理实践,详细介绍天津分公司在环保管理中所取得的阶段性成果,可为实现公司中长期发展目标提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract: As a basic system of the State Environmental Protection Administration,the EIA has played an important role in reducing environmental pollution,ecological damage in the prevention,and preventing environmental accident risk. This paper will show you that how do the EIA management as the main line in the whole process of oil development. It will also introduces the environmental protection achievements of CNOOC Tianjin branch,and also provide a useful reference to achieve the company＇s long-term development goals.
