Abstract: The inspection and maintenance of oil refining and chemical equipment is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of oil refining and chemical enterprises.Petrochemical enterprises usually have the production characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,inflammable and explosive, toxic and highly toxic. So there are many safety risks in the operation process of inspection and maintenance. The construction quality,safety and reliability may directly affect the safe,steady,long,full and excellent operation of oil refining and chemical plants. Safety in an enterprise is not only related to the development of the enterprise,but also closely linked with social economy and surrounding environment. According to the characteristics of the construction and operation of inspection and maintenance in the refinery and chemical plants,this paper expounds the HSE management on the inspection and maintenance work of the equipment. It classifies the construction and operation of inspection and maintenance in detail so that classified management can be implemented.
