Abstract: The integrated management is five-in-one management mode involving quality,health and safety,environment,energy and party construction introduced by implementing the fine management in Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corp. Ltd.. Through the guidance of integration system to occupational health management,this paper illustrates how to achieve the overall improvement of the quality and level of occupational health supervision within the company guided by the system. In accordance with the requirements of integration and combining with the specific content of the work and occupation health management status,the operation process is marked out and management points are designed. The process circulation is formed with the PDCA method. Meanwhile,these are improved and innovated continuously to improve the effectiveness of supervision and achieve the goals of internal and external audit in and out of the system. In this way,the expected management task requirements can be reached.
