Abstract: DISCUSSION ON THE INFORMATIZATION OF HSE MANAGEMENT IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF PETROCHEMICAL PROJECTS [ 1 ] Chen Su. （SINOPEC Engineering Department, Nanfing, Jiangsu, 210048 ） Abstract： HSE management is an important part in the project management of petrochemical engineering construction which is implemented throughout the project construction. This paper discusses the necessity and im- portance of informatization of HSE management from the aspects of HSE management system operation, HSE training and HSE management in the process of project construction. Among them, the real HSE management performance, digital HSE management targets, standardized HSE staffing, accurate HSE risk assessment, objective assessment of HSE requirements makes the construction of HSE management system more normative. Accurate information statistics of participants, the optimization management of training information and electronic registration information ally to make HSE training more normative. Intuitive pictures, digital chart analysis, muhi-channel HSE information sharing and the implementation of HSE cost make the HSE management of construction process more efficient.
