Abstract: In view of the current operation status of petrochemical enterprises, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the safety production management problems in the operation process of petrochemical enterprises. Based on this, more effective and targeted preventive measures are formulated to comprehensively enhance the production management capabilities of petrochemical enterprises. This aims to promote the sustainable development of the petrochemical industry and ensure its stable operation. Some problems existing in petrochemical production are specifically analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
