Abstract: In recent years, frequent occurrences of major and extraordinarily serious production accidents in enterprises have severely endangered the safety of employees' lives and undermined corporate image and development. Therefore, how to better and more thoroughly implement safety management to prevent production accidents has become a significant topic in corporate safety production work. Taking into account the management requirements set forth by national leadership and relevant authorities, this paper summarizes and analyses existing issues within the current safety management framework of oilfield production processes. To address the identified deficiencies in the dual-prevention mechanism management, this initiative establishes a grid-based management framework. By developing a digitalized safety supervision platform integrating grid management with dual-prevention mechanisms, it achieves comprehensive, diversified, and digitalized safety management. This approach effectively enhances corporate safety management standards, improves the efficiency of enterprise work safety risk and hazard control and prevents the occurrence of safety accidents.
