Abstract: This research focuses on lubricant production. It systematically evaluates the pollution trends of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from typical materials during the manufacturing process through a combined approach of laboratory research and on-site monitoring. The research encompasses high-resolution characterization of petroleum molecular composition in feedstocks, vapor-liquid equilibrium analysis, volatilization potential assessment and ambient air monitoring at operational sites. The results demonstrate minimal volatilization from the selected feedstocks under both production operating temperatures and ambient conditions; field monitoring confirms consistently low-level VOCs concentrations. This research delivers scientific foundations for environmental management in lubricant manufacturing enterprises.
