Abstract: Safety management during the construction period of hazardous chemicals enterprises is the premise and foundation of production and operation. Combining with the practice of safety management during the construction period of hazardous chemicals, the qualification of contractors, the quality of management personnel, safe and orderly construction, project management organization, education and training, safety inspection, wages of migrant workers and other contents are considered and explored, and typical problems existing in safety management during the construction process are found and analyzed. This may improve the safety management system and ensure the normal production and operation.
