Abstract: In order to explore the work safety management mode and provide new ideas and methods for the work safety management of natural gas station, the nudge theory was introduced into the work safety of natural gas station. Firstly, the factors affecting the work safety of natural gas station were discussed. Secondly, the influence of the nudge theory on people's behavior intentions in natural gas station was analyzed. Then, the work safety mode based on nudge theory was established. Finally, this mode was verified through application in a natural gas station. The results showed that the application of nudge theory has promoted the improvement of the work safety management of the station, and boosted the personnel safety awareness, and contributed to the station work safety. This can provide reference for the work safety management of other stations.
