Abstract: This paper introduces the related requirements for the construction of“No waste oil depot”in the oil products sales enterprises and expounds the definition of“No waste oil depot”. It analyzes on the present situation and existing problems of hazardous waste management in the oil depots. From the perspective of meeting the legal and regulatory requirements for environmental protection, the paper proposed the management objective of “no waste oil depot” and related suggestions and opinions on construction.
