Abstract: Based on the application of the dual prevention mechanism in safety management and considering the characteristics of petrochemical equipment manufacturing enterprises, this paper identifies hazard sources through analysis of static and dynamic risk points, reasonably evaluates the types and grades of risks, strengthens risk classification and control. Then it presents the measures for hazard identification and management and emphasizes process control as well as supervision and assessment during the operation of the dual prevention mechanism. This provides valuable insights for the research and practice of relevant enterprises.
