Development of HSE Risk Checklist for Construction Phase in EPC Projects

Abstract: The HSE risk checklist for the construction phase of an EPC project is an important process management document for project HSE management. The quality of the risk checklist is crucial to the effectiveness of risk management. It requires the cooperation of the construction contractor, construction management department of the EPC party and the HSE management department of the EPC party to complete the preparation and dynamic update timely and integrate the control measures in the risk checklist with the construction management process. The risk checklist is made a vital reminder and guidance for the implementation of HSE responsibilities in construction management. And by identifying and eliminating hidden hazards in real time, the control measures outlined in the risk checklist are fully implemented to achieve acceptable HSE risk levels throughout the project construction process.
