重叠式重整反应器法兰泄漏原因和对策

CAUSE ANALYSIS ON THE FLANGE LEAKAGE IN STACKED REFORMING REACTOR AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

摘要: 为了解决重叠式重整反应器法兰接头泄漏的问题,根据现场反馈的信息,分析了法兰接头泄漏的主要原因。针对主要原因,结合国内尚无法兰接头安装技术规范的实际情况,提出了法兰安装应选用专用设备、专业技术人员操作,制定科学合理的安装程序,选择专用垫片,确定充足的螺栓预紧力,确保法兰密封面热处理后的精加工,以及在设备使用后定期检查、维护法兰、垫片和紧固件等相应的预防措施。有效地降低了法兰泄漏风险,确保反应器安全、稳定操作。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of flange joint leakage of reforming reactor,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the leakage based on the feedback from the jobsite.Aiming at the main reasons and combined with the situation of no domestic technical specifications for flange joint installation,the paper puts forward the corresponding precautions for flange joint assembly covering the installation of flange operated by professional technicians with special equipment;development of scientific and reasonable installation procedure,selection of special gasket,determination of adequate bolt pre-tightening force,machining of flange sealing surface,regular inspection and maintenance of flange,gasket and bolting after the use of the equipment and so forth.These precautions reduce the risk of flange joint leakage efficiently and guarantee the safe and stable operation of the reactor.
