过氧化氢去除铁离子在污水处理中的应用

Application of Hydrogen Peroxide for Iron Ion Removal in Wastewater Treatment

摘要: 目前大部分油田采油都已进入二次采油或三次采油阶段,注水、注气是补充地层能量、提高采收率的主要措施。油田的回注水中都存在大量亚铁离子,以目前普遍采用的除油 + 气浮 + 过滤的污水处理工艺及设备,很难充分去除水中的铁离子,从而影响回注水水质。在辽河油田庆阳项目部的宁一站,通过现场应用实验,将过氧化氢复合到无机絮凝剂中,并调整合适的复合浓度,将污水中的铁离子去除,取得了非常不错的效果。

Abstract: The majority of oilfields have now progressed to secondary or tertiary recovery stages. Water and gas injection serve as primary measures to replenish reservoir energy and enhance recovery rates. Re-injected water from oilfields invariably contains substantial ferrous ions. Current wastewater treatment processes and equipment — typically employing oil removal, flotation and filtration — struggle to adequately remove these iron ions, thus affecting the quality of the reinjection water. Based on on-site application tests conducted at the Ningyi Station of Liaohe Oilfield's Qingyang Project Department, hydrogen peroxide was integrated into an inorganic flocculant and the composite concentration was optimized. This approach achieved excellent results in removing iron ions from the wastewater.
