摘要: 众所周知,危险化学品的生产使用在经济社会发展中起到了非常重要的作用,但同时也应看到由于管理不善或者突发情况导致危险化学品在储存、运输、使用等环节发生泄漏、爆炸事故,威胁人民群众的生命财产安全。本文就发生危险化学品泄漏时应急监测现状进行调查,同时对标准化应急监测进行探究,以期能更好为应对和处置危险化学品泄漏导致的突发环境应急事件而服务。

Abstract: As is well known, the production and use of hazardous chemicals plays a vital role in socio-economic development. However, it should also be recognized that incidents such as leakages and explosions can occur during storage, transportation, usage, and other stages due to inadequate management or unforeseen incidents, posing threats to public safety and property. This paper investigates the current status of emergency monitoring when hazardous chemical leakage occurs. Concurrently, it explores the standardized emergency monitoring in order to better serve the response and disposal of emergency environmental emergencies caused by hazardous chemical leakages.
