摘要: 化工园区与城市经济密切相关,国内化工园区事故的屡次发生更造成了极为严重的经济损失,国家对化工园区事故的防范要求也日益严格,也使得公共应急池系统工程的建设对于化工园区的安全生产具有重要的意义。总结了化工园区公共应急池系统在我国的建设概况与基本要求,并以泉惠石化工业区公共应急池系统工程为例,讨论化工园区公共应急池的设计思路与要点。

Abstract: Chemical industrial parks are closely linked to urban economies. Frequent occurrences of accidents in domestic chemical industrial parks have caused severe economic losses. With the Chinese government imposing increasingly stringent accident prevention requirements, the construction of public emergency lagoon systems has become critical to ensuring safe production in chemical industrial parks. ?This paper summarizes the construction landscape and fundamental requirements for public emergency lagoon systems in China's chemical industrial parks. It also explores the design methodology and key considerations? of such systems through a case study of the public emergency lagoon project in Quanhui Petrochemical Industrial Zone.
