摘要: 通过对一起企业在动火作业过程中浓硫酸储罐发生爆炸的事故调查,介绍了储罐受限空间内爆炸事故认定过程中出现的气体爆炸痕迹特征、储罐内钢铁氧化层受热痕迹特征、钢铁氧化层受爆炸冲击波形成痕迹特征,结合视频侦察分析、空间分析技术认定硫酸储罐爆炸事故原因,为今后铁制硫酸储罐安全防范和爆炸事故调查提供经验参考。

Abstract: Through the investigation of an accident in which a concentrated sulfuric acid storage tank exploded during hot work in an enterprise, this paper introduces the characteristics of gas explosion traces, heating traces of steel oxide layer in the storage tank, and trace characteristics of steel oxide layer caused by explosion impact waveform during the identification process of the explosion accident. Combined with video reconnaissance analysis and spatial analysis technology, the cause of the sulfuric acid storage tank explosion accident is identified. This provides experience reference for future safety prevention and explosion accident investigation of iron sulfuric acid storage tanks.
