摘要: ABS 污水具有有机物含量高、含杂环有机物及难处理的特点 [1],丙烯腈污水具有污染物成分复杂、含氰化物及 COD、总氮浓度高的特点 [2]。通过某 ABS 及丙烯腈污水处理项目介绍,分析“预处理 + 双效组合气浮 +EBIS 低氧生化”工艺在此污水中的适用性及优势,并介绍相关技术的主要工艺参数。

Abstract: ABS wastewater [1] is characterized by high organic matter content, containing heterocyclic organic compounds and being difficult to treat. Acrylonitrile wastewater [2] has the characteristics of complex pollutant components, containing cyanide, and high concentrations of COD and total nitrogen. Through the introduction of an ABS and acrylonitrile wastewater treatment project, this paper analyzes the applicability and advantages of the "pretreatment + double-effect combined air flotation + EBIS low-oxygen biochemical" process in such wastewater, and presents the main process parameters of relevant technologies.
