摘要: 对大型压缩机撬装底座在现场安装过程中的水平度进行了测量,分析了水平度超标现象产生的原因,提出了两种改善方案来降低底座的水平度,建立了底座的实体模型,用有限元方法分析了底座的水平度,并将分析结果和实测结果进行比较,从而验证改善方案的有效性。

Abstract: The levelness of large-scale compressor skid-mounted base was measured in the process of field installation and the causes of excess levelness were analyzed. Then two improvement schemes were proposed to reduce the levelness of the base; the solid model of the base was established; the levelness of the base was analyzed by adopting finite element method; the analysis results were compared with the measured results, thus the effectiveness of the improvement scheme was verified.
