硫酸烷基化与离子液烷基化管道选材及配管特殊性

摘要: 烷基化技术包括很多种,其中硫酸烷基化工艺技术成熟,使用浓硫酸作为催化剂,硫酸的腐蚀性较强,对于管道选材及配管等有特殊要求;离子液烷基化是新型的工艺技术,利用复合离子液体,替代传统浓硫酸作为催化剂,是一项全新的绿色、安全、环保的烷基化技术。对这两种烷基化工艺在管道选材、管道配管方面的特殊性做了介绍。

Abstract: There are many types of alkylation technologies, among which the sulfuric acid alkylation process is mature and uses concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst. Sulfuric acid has strong corrosiveness and has special requirements for pipeline material selection. Ionic liquid alkylation is a new process technology that uses composite ionic liquids to replace traditional concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst. It is a new green, safe, and environmentally friendly alkylation technology. This paper introduces the special characteristics of these two alkylation technologies in pipeline material selection and pipeline piping.
