摘要: 介绍了催化氧化法处理丁烯氧化脱氢装置尾气的工艺方案。尾气中总烃浓度为 4 000-5 000 mg/m3,主要污染物为碳四烃、低分子的醛、酮、醇等。经催化氧化处理后,尾气中非甲烷总 烃低于120 mg/m3,满足国家排放标准。

Abstract: The process of catalytic oxidation in the treatment of tail gas from the oxidative dehydrogenation plant of butylene is introduced. The total hydrocarbon concentration is 4,000-5,000 mg/m3 and the main pollutants are C4 hydrocarbon, aldehyde, ketone and alcohol with low molecular. After catalytic oxidation treatment, the non-methane total hydrocarbon concentration is lower than 120 mg/m3,which meets the requirement of the national emission standards.
