摘要: 作为石化行业的核心设备,工业炉的安全、稳定运行对炼化企业的高效、持续发展起着 举足轻重的作用。如何保证工业炉的安全性、稳定性是各大炼化企业共同追寻的目标。工业炉燃烧监 测方法主要包括离子棒火焰监测、光学火焰监测以及工业电视,控制系统则包括阀门自动测漏,炉膛 吹扫,长明灯点火(含离子棒火焰监测)、主火焰点火(含光学火焰监测)以及空燃比控制。全面推广 工业炉燃烧监测及控制系统的工程应用,将从根本上提高工业炉的运行安全性,稳定性,消除工业炉 在开停工以及燃料不稳的状态下出现爆炸的风险。

Abstract: As the key equipment of petrochemical industry, the safe and stable operation of industrial furnaces plays a decisive role in the efficient and sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises. How to ensure the safety and stability of industrial furnaces is the common goal pursued by major refining and chemical companies. The furnace combustion monitoring methods mainly include ion rod flame monitoring, optical flame monitoring and industrial television. And the control system involves automatic leak test of valve, furnace purging, pilot ignition (including ion rod flame monitoring), main flame ignition (including optical flame monitoring) and air-fuel ratio control. The comprehensive promotion of the application of furnace combustion monitoring and control system will fundamentally improve the operation safety and stability of industrial furnaces and eliminate the risks of explosion in industrial furnaces under the conditions of start-up, shut-down and fuel instability.
