摘要: 硫酸是硫酸法烷基化装置的主要腐蚀性物质,防腐对烷基化装置尤为重要。分析了 SINOALKY 硫酸法烷基化装置的易腐蚀部位,阐述了硫酸浓度、硫酸温度和流速、硫酸的稀释、氢致 沟状腐蚀形式、进料杂质、酸式酯和中性酯、酸携带、积垢等因素对装置腐蚀的影响,提出了切实可 行的腐蚀防护措施,对同类装置的腐蚀防护工作具有较好的指导和借鉴意义。

Abstract: Sulfuric acid is the main corrosive substance in sulfuric acid alkylation units and anti-corrosion is especially important for alkylation units. The parts of sulfuric acid alkylation units being apt to corrosion are analyzed. The factors affecting the corrosion of the device are expounded covering the concentration, temperature, flow rate and dilution of sulfuric acid, hydrogen-induced sulfurous corrosion form, raw material impurity, acid ester and neutral ester, acid carrying, scale formation and so forth. Practical corrosion protection measures are proposed. This provides good guidance and reference for the anti-corrosion work of similar units.
