摘要: 应用模糊数学理论,将模糊综合评价法运用到危险化学品生产企业安全评价中,结合危险化学品生产企业实际情况建立安全评价指标体系,运用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法确定各指标的权重及排序。根据危险化学品生产企业特点编制安全生产检查表,运用比值法确定单指标隶属度,运用模糊综合评价理论对危险化学品生产企业进行安全综合评价,并提出危险化学品企业预防安全事故的安全措施对策。

Abstract: Fuzzy mathematics theory is applied in this paper and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the safety assessment of hazardous chemical production enterprises. Combining with the actual situation of the production enterprise of dangerous chemicals, safety evaluation index system is set up. The weight of each index and ranking are determined by using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. According to the characteristics of hazardous chemical production enterprises, a safety production checklist is developed. The ratio method is adopted to determine the membership degree of single index. Comprehensive safety evaluation of hazardous chemical production enterprises is carried out by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. Then the paper puts forward some countermeasures for preventing safety accidents in enterprises producing hazardous chemicals.
