摘要: 企业的发展离不开人的文化素质、道德修养和技能水平,更离不开企业管理决策层的文化素质修养,企业的发展壮大,离不开企业决策层的远见卓识,同时也离不开从业人员的文化素质、技能水平、责任担当。安全文化理念的培养与灌输更是一项长远的、重要的、异常复杂的系统工程,企业建立自己的安全文化,需要管理决策层有坚定的信念、持之以恒的决心,用安全文化约束员工的个人行为,同时使员工的个人行为受到企业安全文化的制约,从而提高员工的安全理念。

Abstract: The development of enterprises is inseparable from employees’ cultural quality, moral self-cultivation and skill level. It’s more inseparable from the cultural quality of enterprise decision makers. Enterprises’ development and growth depends on both the wise leadership and the comprehensive quality of employees involving their cultural quality, skill level and responsibility. The cultivation and implanting of safety culture concept is a long-term, important and extremely complicated systematic project. Thus how to create enterprises’ own safety culture requires the enterprise decision makers to have firm belief and persistent determination in building their safety culture which can be used to restrain employees’ behaviors. Once individual behavior of employees is subjected to the constraints of the corporate safety culture, the safety concept of employees will be improved.
